O transporte dutoviário vem se revelando como uma das formas econômicas de transporte para grandes volumes quando comparados com os modais ferroviário e rodoviário. Algumas características são atribuídas ao transporte dutoviário como, agilidade, segurança, baixa flexibilidade e capacidade de fluxo.<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P>

É competência da Agência Nacional de Transportes Terrestres \u2013 ANTT articular-se com entidades operadoras do transporte dutoviário, para resolução de interfaces intermodais e organização de cadastro do sistema de dutovias do Brasil.<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P>

Oleodutos são dutos terrestres ou marítimos, de transporte ou transferência, que movimentam:<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P>

a) petróleo, líquidos de gás natural, condensado, derivados líquidos de petróleo e gás liquefeito de petróleo;<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P>

b) todos os produtos líquidos cujas operações de movimentação sejam reguladas pela ANP, exceto gases liquefeitos por baixa temperatura.<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P>

Os dutos que movimentam hidrocarbonetos líquidos e outros combustíveis, tais como biodiesel, mistura óleo diesel/biodiesel ou etanol, de forma sequencial (polidutos), são considerados oleodutos (<\/SPAN><\/SPAN>definição do Regulamento Técnico de Dutos Terrestres \u2013 RTDT<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/A>).<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P>

Dutos que interligam pontos de atracação (píer, cais, monoboias e quadro de boias) a instalações são denominados genericamente de oleodutos portuários<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P>

O transporte Dutoviário pode ser dividido em:<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P>
